Need to know about equipment? 

Here's what is required:

• helmet
• shoulder pads
• elbow/arm pads
• gloves
• stick
• mouthguard
• cleats
• rib pads--optional

• stick
• mouthguards (2)
• protective eyewear**
• Girls should not wear any jewelry including earrings

** As of January 1, 2005, US Lacrosse requires girls to wear eyewear protection . Please make sure that your daughter's goggles comply. Refer to www.uslacrosse.org/news/eyewearupdate, if you have questions
